Life & Career Coaching
Structured, forward-focused support for professionals and individuals ready to gain clarity, build momentum, and take action on what matters most.
What is coaching?
Coaching is a structured, goal-led partnership for people who are emotionally stable and ready to take action. It's designed to help you clarify what you want, identify what's blocking progress, and create practical steps forward.
Unlike counselling—which explores emotional distress, trauma, or past experiences—coaching is about the present and future: your goals, your decision-making, and the actions you can take now.
Coaching is not therapy. It's for people who want more directive support to gain clarity, momentum, and accountability - not emotional containment or crisis support.
Goal-focused
We work toward specific, meaningful outcomes you want to achieve.
Action-oriented
Each session includes practical steps and tools you can use immediately.
Strengths-based
We build on what's already working and what you do well.
Your direction
You set the agenda - I support, challenge, and guide along the way.
Coaching is for you if
Online coaching for life transitions, career development, and confidence building across the UK.
You are navigating life or work but want to thrive, not just cope
You want clarity, direction, or momentum
You are ready to take responsibility for next steps
You want practical structure and accountability
You are navigating a career change or life transition
You want to build confidence or overcome procrastination
You are prepared to take action, not just talk about it

Coaching may not be right if
It's important to match the right type of support to your needs.
You are processing trauma, grief, or significant mental health distress
These areas require emotional containment and therapeutic processing—coaching is not designed for this.
You need support with past experiences affecting your present
Counselling offers a safe space to explore emotions, patterns, and healing at your own pace.
You want someone to tell you what to do
Coaching is collaborative—you lead the agenda, I support your thinking and decision-making.
You are not yet ready to take action or responsibility for change
Coaching requires engagement and willingness to experiment, reflect, and adjust.
If any of these resonate, counselling may be a better fit for what you need right now.
