Counselling
You might be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally numb, on edge, or like you are carrying more than you can manage. Many people I work with do not know exactly what is wrong, only that something does not feel right.
What is counselling?
Counselling offers a safe, confidential space to explore your experiences, understand your feelings, and make sense of what you're going through or have been through.
It can be helpful when you're feeling emotionally overwhelmed, not quite yourself, or struggling to cope with life's demands. You don't need to have the right words or a clear plan. We work gently, at a pace that feels right for you.
Person-centred
Led by you, your experiences, and what feels most important right now.
Trauma-informed
A space that prioritises safety, trust, choice, and collaboration.
At your pace
We work gently, respecting your timing and readiness.
Non-directive
I won't tell you what to do. Together we explore what feels right for you.
Who is counselling for?
I work with adults and young people (11+) experiencing a wide range of emotional and life challenges, including anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and major transitions. Sessions are available face-to-face in Northampton and online across the UK.
If you're looking for goal-focused support to move forward with clarity and action, coaching may be a better fit.
